Around the Castle, in various important places there are picture frames displaying these proudly. The frames aren't removable, though they don't seem to be bolted. Like a lot of the Castle's decor, the picture frames are black and white.

Hello, my friends! I know rules aren't that fun but every game needs them. Please keep them in mind when you're living here and I do hope you have fun here!

1. You, my friends, will remain in the Castle grounds until the game's over. I've blocked off access to the wider world for now. Please don't try to break the barrier--if you manage it, you'll be severely punished.

2. The clock in the foyer is always correct. Officially, morning will start at 7:00. Breakfast will be served in the dining hall at that time. Lunch will be at 11:00. Supper will be at 17:00. Food will be available between these times but I would like to believe that since we all are going to be living here together that we should eat together.

3. Please only sleep in the provided bedrooms or any room I mark out for it. I know it's fun to have a sleepover with friends, after all! If you fall asleep elsewhere, you'll be rudely awakened.

4. The Castle is our home so of course you can explore wherever you want.

5. Any attacks on myself, the Queen, or any severe damage to the Castle will result in a severe punishment. I'm your friend and this is our home. Of course, this also goes for the Cat.

6. Every Saturday night until the game is over, every one of you is to give me a gift of one of your memories from your previous home. This isn't voluntary. Friends like giving gifts to each other!

7. To end this particular game, one of you must kill one of our friends. If you manage to fool the others and get away with it, I will reward the culprit by returning them home. I will also return their memories.

8. If anyone goes through with rule seven and gets away with it, everyone else will remain in the Castle with me. I will also return their memories as well. That does include those previously killed and executed. If you fail your attempt, you will be executed instead.

9. If no one finishes manages to achieve rule seven before everyone forgets everything, I will win by default. It's no fun this way but everyone will stay. Needless to say, I won't return your memories then. We can start fresh!

10. I, the Queen, can add more rules if needed.

11. The Cat can't punish someone for breaking a rule unless the Queen agrees.
